The room was spacious and cozy, making it a pleasant retreat .

The air conditioning unit was very loud and disrupted our sleep throughout the night.

The hotel was beautiful with nice and absolutely perfect location just next door to various restaurants, antique shops, fresh homemade bakeries, pies and chocolates, and relax during the day.

They offered coffee and granola for breakfast.

The noise from the nearby roads made it a little hard to relax at times. We really loved the quiet location despite that. The diner offered excellent meals thanks to our vouchers, a nice surprise .

We enjoyed our two-night getaway in a cozy king room. The TV had issues, cutting out during important moments. Breakfast options would have enhanced our experience. For future guests, ensure to check the TV connection upon arrival!

The beautiful king room was cozy and spacious, with a comfortable bed, made sleeping easy. The location was awesome, just a short drive to shopping and dining in Berlin, Sugarcreek, and Walnut Creek. Although there was no breakfast, the cleanliness was great, and the staff was polite and responsive.

The location offers easy access to local attractions. The queen room provides a quiet atmosphere with comfortable bedding.

Inconsistent TV service became a hassle, with multiple guests facing issues like sudden cut-outs and failure to function during critical events such as presidential debates. The absence of onsite staff raised concerns, leading to discomfort in emergencies without immediate assistance. Unclean shared areas, including dirty dishes in the kitchen, suggested that housekeeping could definitely use some improvement.

The room was cozy and had a lovely seating area with a satellite TV. the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the complimentary WiFi was a bonus. As a fan of comfort and relaxation, I felt right at home.

Personally, I wished for more daily housekeeping services.
